Hugh was asked to help with strategy and governance within Envirofield Ltd, which is a thriving rural business, supplying crop and other technical trial services and data, to the ag supply industry. The shareholder directors could see that they were too ‘coal face’ focused and needed external eyes to look at the operational model of the business to allow it to grow without losing the USP that had supported its growth to the current scale.
