Hugh was asked if he could help the Arden family, because of his rural JV/collaborative experience – whilst we weren’t able to land the proposal for them at the time, conversations quickly morphed into other areas, since when we have had a typical HRL ‘embedded’ involvement in the context in which this ‘driven’ business operates, including, diversification, generational change, recruitment and grant applications.
We use Hub Rural on a retained basis to structure thoughts and ideas, as well as assist with planning and budgets for new projects. Hugh is able to provide a balanced and objective external opinion which is invaluable for any family business.
