Hugh has been the Independent Chair of Brixworth Farming Company for a couple of years. BFC is a joint venture farming business that provides management, input procurement, machinery, labour and crop marketing services to a range of landowners in Northamptonshire.
Brixworth Farming has always been keen to ensure that the executive team is continually challenged and supported by someone with a broad expertise in our industry. Hugh Baker of Hub Rural serves as an independent director of several other similar and larger farm businesses, and is ideally placed to be our independent Chair.
